As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for leading the organization's overall technology strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will oversee the IT department, providing guidance and direction on technology initiatives, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects. Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments, you will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize IT systems and processes. In this role, you will be expected to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive technological advancements within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in information technology, with proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and IT operations. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment. A deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise architecture is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, IT governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
In-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business impact
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF are a plus
